What this means for a New Hampshire counselor
Enactment puts New Hampshire in the compact; it does not switch privileges on. The board still has to complete the Commission's technical and regulatory steps, including loading its license data into CompactConnect. Until the Commission lists New Hampshire as live, a New Hampshire licensee cannot apply for a privilege and counselors from live states cannot use one in New Hampshire.
In the meantime, practicing in another state means licensure by endorsement with that state's board, and each license you hold keeps its own CE cycle. The New Hampshire rule is on the New Hampshire counselor CE page.
9 states are live today: Arizona, Minnesota, Ohio, Louisiana, Georgia, Indiana, Arkansas, Wyoming, Tennessee. The Commission announces each go-live on its news page.

Can a New Hampshire counselor practice in other states under the compact?
Not yet. New Hampshire has to finish implementation and begin issuing privileges before its licensees can apply for one. Until then, practicing in another state means licensure by endorsement there.
Does a compact privilege change New Hampshire CE requirements?
No, because there is no privilege to hold yet. Every New Hampshire license, and every out-of-state license a New Hampshire counselor keeps, still renews on its own board's CE cycle.
