What this means for a Connecticut counselor
Enactment puts Connecticut in the compact; it does not switch privileges on. The board still has to complete the Commission's technical and regulatory steps, including loading its license data into CompactConnect. Until the Commission lists Connecticut as live, a Connecticut licensee cannot apply for a privilege and counselors from live states cannot use one in Connecticut.
In the meantime, practicing in another state means licensure by endorsement with that state's board, and each license you hold keeps its own CE cycle. The Connecticut rule is on the Connecticut counselor CE page.
