What this means for a Missouri counselor
Enactment puts Missouri in the compact; it does not switch privileges on. The board still has to complete the Commission's technical and regulatory steps, including loading its license data into CompactConnect. Until the Commission lists Missouri as live, a Missouri licensee cannot apply for a privilege and counselors from live states cannot use one in Missouri.
In the meantime, practicing in another state means licensure by endorsement with that state's board, and each license you hold keeps its own CE cycle. The Missouri rule is on the Missouri counselor CE page.
