Is there a free trial?

Every new account starts in a Pro trial. The trial is usage-based: you get Pro convenience features until you log 5 CE entries. No credit card needed.

Can I downgrade?

Anytime, from account settings. Your data is never taken hostage: your existing licenses, CE entries, certificates, and audit packets stay viewable and exportable, even when you're over a free cap. Only new additions beyond the free limits are gated.

What if my board doesn't accept the packet?

Refund within 30 days, no questions asked. The compliance engine is built from the board's own rules, but you stay responsible for the final accuracy review before any submission.
