Is there a free trial?
Yes, both ways. Every new individual account starts with a free 30-day trial of the Pro features, and practices get a free 30-day trial with full roster oversight for the whole team. No credit card needed for either.
Can I downgrade?
Anytime. Your data is never taken hostage: your existing licenses, CE entries, certificates, and audit packets stay viewable and exportable, even when you're over a free cap. Only new additions beyond the limits of the free plan are restricted until upgrading.
What if my board doesn't accept the packet?
We will refund you within 30 days, no questions asked. The compliance engine is built from the board's own rules, but the final accuracy check before you submit is always yours.
