  • Up to 30 of 40 hours may be Category A home study under the rules effective August 19, 2025. Live interactive webinars are seminars/webinars rather than home study. Category A programs may be provided by a state, regional, national, or international professional association offering education relevant to mental health practice. Category B (max 10 hours) covers other qualifying mental-health workshops and publications.
