Practice plans
Rates are graduated: the first ten seats bill at the top rate, the next ten at the middle rate, and the rest at the lowest. There’s a two-seat minimum. Type your roster size to see the exact bill.

There’s a two-seat minimum, and manager-only accounts count as seats. You pay per person, not per license, and you can reassign seats when staff leave. Added annual seats are prorated for the rest of the term, and reductions apply at renewal. Monthly changes show up on the next invoice with proration. Monthly billing costs 20% more, so annual billing saves you 16.7%.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Individual accounts get 30 days and practices get 30 days, and neither needs a card. When a trial ends, everything you set up stays visible and exportable and reminders keep coming, but logging new hours pauses until you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your licenses, CE entries, certificates, and audit packets stay viewable and exportable after you cancel. Logging new hours pauses until you resubscribe.
What if my board doesn't accept the packet?
We'll refund you within 30 days, no questions asked. The requirements are written from the board's own rules, but the final check before you submit is yours.
