The Internal Family Systems model (IFS), is a powerful, leading edge, evidence-based therapy that is one of the fastest growing therapies. Founded by Dr. Richard Schwartz in the 1980s, IFS is non-pathologizing and highly effective in terms of making transformative changes in mind-body-emotions-behavior.
